Features
- Product import from Erply to Magento. Includes product information like name, description, price, images etc
- When new order is received through Magento it is automatically imported to Erply
How to Set Up
The module is available for download on Erply’s website at Erply.com or at Magento Connect in the ‘Integration’ category. You should create a Magento user account to be able to get an extension key. To install the module, log into the Magento admin panel and go to Magento Connect Manager.
In Magento Connect Manager paste the copied extension key, click ‘Install’ button and Magento will install the module.
After a successful module installation you have to log out from Magento admin and then log in again to avoid the ‘Access denied’ error.

2. Erply Connector setup.
The module adds the ‘Erply’ tab to the Magento admin panel which redirects to the synchronisation page, but before synchronisation an initial module setup should be made. Go to System->Configuration,

click ‘Erply’ in the left menu, under ‘Services’,

a new page will open where the module settings should be made, type in your Erply user and Magento API user credentials and save them using the ‘Save Config’ button.

To create a new Magento API user you should use System->Web Services. First, create a new role on System->Web Services->Roles

Enter their role name, set role resources to ‘All’ and save the role.
To add a new Magento API user, go to System->Web Services->Users->Add New User, type in username, API key, confirm API key, set this account as active and save the user. The First Name, Last Name, and Email fields are also required but have no meaning, so you can enter whatever you want there.
The username and API key should be entered to ErplyConnector settings page in order to set up the module.
3. Erply Connector usage
After the module setup, go to Erply->Synchronize and click the button ‘Go’.

ErplyConnector will start the import of Erply products to Magento, the fields are mapped as:
The module also imports product quantities and images. In case of non-zero quantities, set the products’ ‘In stock’ status.
The Erply Connector module will create a new Erply order when a new Magento order is placed. When a Magento customer hits ‘Place Order’ button on the checkout page, the module sends data to Erply and a new Erply order is created for future handling.
