ERPLY Technical Support will be operating during their normal business hours of 9am-8pm EST on July 4th. If you need any help throughout the day, we’ve got you covered. Just like every weekend, our ERPLY Technical Team offers 24hr Emergency Support*. We’ll keep you up and running throughout the day so you can focus on your your business instead of troubleshooting alone.
- Fourth of July Weekend: Friday, full support 9am-8pm EST. Saturday/Sunday, 24 hr Emergency Support*
- 3rd of July: 24 hr Emergency Support*
- 4th of July: Full technical support will be available during normal business hours (9am-8pm EST) with Off Hours Emergency Support* 12am-9am/8pm-12am
- Office is entirely closed on the following holidays Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year’s Day.

*For off hours calls, an answering service asks for your name, business, customer code, phone number, and a brief explanation of the problem. This information will be relayed to our on call agent who will give you a call back within the hour if the call is deemed an emergency. Please note that Emergency Support is only for major retail emergencies. Emergencies include, but are not limited to inability to log in and/or failure to process credit cards.
