Erply API version 1.5.11

Implemented configuration parameter fixed_email_sender_address; when this address is defined, API sendByEmail sends sales invoices with that fixed sender address, instead of using employee, store or corporate e-mail.
Output field csv_field_separator added to API getConfParameters. Knowing the field separator is necessary for parsing the CSV output from API getSalesReport.
