We currently support external payments where cashiers manually enter the payment amount on the terminal and mark the transaction as paid by card in the POS.

Hardware integrations
Erply does not require any special hardware adaptations and works with different types of systems without compatibility issues. Erply can be used with existing devices, helping reduce the cost of purchasing new hardware when switching systems.
Supported platforms
Erply works on the most popular platforms. For workstation use, you can use Windows, macOS, or Linux, and for mobile environments we offer native applications for both Android and iOS. All applications can be adapted to regional needs.
E-commerce integrations
Erply customers can use Erply’s existing webshop integrations, including Shopify, WooCommerce, and Magento. These integrations are built by Erply’s integration team and updated regularly to meet the more complex needs of customers globally. Erply's products that are supported
Erply’s core products, ERP and POS, are available for the Finnish market and support the daily needs of retail businesses. By using Erply, customers in Finland can get the reports needed for accounting purposes directly from the system in real time.
For more advanced warehouse needs, Erply offers a mobile solution for warehouse workers called Erply WMS, or Warehouse Management System. With WMS, Erply customers can make their warehouse fully paperless, reduce the time and cost of inventory management and order fulfillment, and keep all data in the cloud in real time.
For customers with increased sales channel needs, Erply also offers a self-service POS solution for the Finnish market. With Erply self-service POS, you can add a digital worker to your store to support cashiers or provide customers with more ways to pay. Erply functions are also available through mobile apps, making the smart device in your pocket a helpful tool in daily work.

Taxes and currencies
Finland has a standard VAT rate of 25.5% and reduced VAT rates of 13.5% and 10%. Reduced VAT rates apply to certain goods and services, such as food, restaurant services, passenger transport, accommodation services, medicines, newspapers, and magazines. Erply supports Finnish VAT rates and allows users to generate reports where VAT can be split into different columns, making accounting easier.
The default currency in Finland is the Euro (EUR). Erply supports all world currencies, and additional currencies can be added whenever needed. Currency rates can also be configured for purchasing purposes.
