Cloud Hybrid System

Manage your product inventory and POS transactions in the Erply Cloud where all your data is securely stored and accessible on any devices. Legacy servers and costly maintenance/upkeep is the old way limited to a single station and lacking the mobility of accessing store sales figures, supplier information, and customer information from wherever you may be.

Stock and Price Lookup

Search for products by name, ID, or barcode to pull up an item that’s synced with Erply’s inventory back office. Then click on the item to add it to the cart at checkout. Erply will show you an item’s price, allow you to adjust it, display the group or category it falls under, give you the option to apply a discount, and display the stock amounts within each one of your locations and/or warehouses.

Reserved Items

Place sales on hold and reopen them at a later time for speedy checkouts. Found an item, not in the system? No problem. Add or edit products on the fly right on the POS dashboard.

Returns/Voided Transactions

Returns on Erply’s POS are as easy as 1-2-3. Erply receipts can be printed with scannable barcodes or QR codes making looking up an order extremely efficient, or you can search by invoice number. Simply enter a return code or reason, void the transaction, and specify the amount to be credited back to the customer. That’s it.
