New Features! Easier Store Management For Your Business

One of the most important Erply Back Office updates is here! Erply is a constantly improving platform to provide the most efficient POS solution for retailers and we keep improving our platform for your day to day business. Last week, we released our Back Office 4.5.0 with major feature updates. With these latest improvements, you will be able to organize your stores region by region and also display your receipts in a more detailed way.

Three main features have been added; Store Regions Module, Receipt Printout Configuration and Displaying Discount Information on Receipt.


Store Regions Module

Store regions module will be a big help for you to organize your stores. Now you can group stores into “regions’ and manage your different stores in one region easily. The biggest convenience of this new feature is that it will allow you to set up price lists that will apply to an entire group of stores at once. On the other hand, you can also specify if a promotion should apply only in certain regions and/or only to a specific group of customers.

Receipt Printout Configuration & Displaying Discount Information on Receipt

With the updates on the Receipt Printout, you can display additional information on your receipts. You can configure your receipts to display line-by-line detailed information such as; which discounts were applied to each item.

A new group of checkboxes will allow you to select which discounts will be shown on the receipts such as; promotion, price list, and manual discounts. You can reach here from Settings → Configuration → Receipt printouts.
