The ‘Suspend Sale’ option is reserved for sales that day.
If a customer is checking out and they forget something, or have to run to their car, or step out of line, you can suspend the sale in the background and then reopen it later.
To suspend a sale, click “save sale.” To open list of suspended sales and resume, click “pending sales” and select the customer. Note that in order for a sale to be suspended, we strongly recommend having a unique customer name. Saving sales to the default customer will result in it being difficult to find the correct sale.
