2. Manager override for larger discount
Description: Allows to set row discount larger than current user max allowed discount.
a. User max allowed discount is 10%
b. User can set the discount to 10% and below
c. User tries to set discount to 50%
d. Verification (wrong pin, verified user do not have rights, success)
e. 50% discount is set
