Erply API version 1.21.2, 1.21.3

User rights verification in the following API calls has been updated: getBrands, getInventoryRegistrations, getInventoryWriteOffs, getProductCategories, saveBrand, saveDeliveryType, saveProductCategory, saveProductGroup, deleteDeliveryType. This is to ensure compatibility with Classic back office 4.8.0.
