ERPLY is a cloud-based platform and built for new integrations! Once again, a new partnership for an easier accounting system is ready to use. After waiting for a long time, we are finally able to announce our latest integration: accounting software supremo, Xero.
Xero is a cloud based accounting system that has been founded in New Zealand, 2016, and has more than 860 thousand users around the world. The software as a service (SaaS) provider is a major player in the accounting world and we’re extremely excited to have completed integration with them.
The integration between ERPLY and Xero will sync:
Account plans from Xero to ERPLY;
Contacts (customers and suppliers) between ERPLY and Xero;
Sales invoices from ERPLY to Xero;
Purchase invoices from ERPLY to Xero;
Respective sales and purchase accounts from selling items from ERPLY to Xero.
Real time financial data and being accessible from anywhere on any device facilitates your work load. While automatic bank feeds allows you to see where the numbers are at in minutes, Xero’s simple to use system and easy on the eye design is also one of the reasons for preference.
Through online invoicing you can connect with your customers and receive updates when an invoice is opened. You can create professional recurring invoices and schedule bill payments.
Besides Xero’s strength, this integration is going to introduce ERPLY to the Australasian market. This new deal is a precursor to further integrations of ERPLY’ s services with new customers in the region.
