This Thanksgiving, we wanted to take a moment to express how grateful we are for all our clients. We appreciate the loyal business many of you have given us for years, and we are thrilled and honored to welcome all the new businesses who have joined us this year.

Thanksgiving is a special time of year for retail businesses, as it marks the beginning of the holiday shopping season. The upcoming weekend will most likely be your biggest sales days of the entire year, and we wanted to let you know that we’re here to support you.

 

This weekend, our support hours are as follows:

  • Black Friday: Full technical support will be available during normal business hours (9am-8pm EST) with Off Hours Emergency Support* 12am-9am/8pm-12am
  • Small Business Saturday: 24 hr Emergency Support*
  • Cyber Monday: Full technical support will be available during normal business hours (9am-8pm EST) with Off Hours Emergency Support* 12am-9am/8pm-12am

Note that in order to focus on support and any emergencies that may arise, we will not be scheduling any training sessions over the holiday weekend.

We also understand that the holiday season can be stressful, and we’ll do our best over the upcoming weeks to minimize that stress and keep you focused on bringing in revenue.
